Refund Policy
We strive to accommodate changes to your bookings whenever possible. Here are the details of our policies so you know exactly what to expect.
Cancellation Notice Periods
14+ Days Notice
Refunds to the original payment method are available, minus a 10% processing fee.
7–13 Days Notice
Store credit will be issued for future use, valid for 6 months.
Less Than 7 Days
The entire booking fee is forfeited for Fri–Sun bookings. For Mon–Thu, cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice also forfeit the fee.
Payment is collected in full upon reserving your time.
Rescheduling & Player Changes
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling must follow the same notice periods as cancellations:
- Fri–Sun bookings: Minimum 7 days’ notice required
- Mon–Thu bookings: Minimum 3 days’ notice required
- Reschedules with insufficient notice are treated as cancellations
How to reschedule: You can only reschedule with at least 8 days’ notice. Open your confirmation email and click the link at the bottom to make changes to your reservation.
Adding Players
Additional players can be added pending availability. Contact us at 443-214-3545. Payment for added players must be made before your session.
Reducing Players
No refunds for fewer players unless you give us at least 7 days’ notice.
- We staff and prepare based on the headcount provided
- Please confirm your final headcount at least 7 days prior
Private Groups
A minimum charge for 12 players always applies.
- Changes to the number of players must be made at least 7 days before the booking to qualify for a refund of the difference
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances
Important Notes
- All participants must sign a waiver before play.
- Fri–Sun bookings are our busiest periods — last-minute changes significantly impact our operations and staffing.
- All prices are subject to change. Pricing on flyers, promotional materials, or our website may vary due to seasonal demand, holidays, or other factors.
- Only one promotion or coupon may be applied per booking, and it must be used before the booking is finalized. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
