Summer Camp FAQ

What should my child bring to camp?

Campers should bring a packed lunch, a refillable water bottle, and wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. We provide all equipment, snacks, and filtered water throughout the day.

Is lunch provided?

Campers bring their own lunch. We provide snacks and filtered water throughout the day. There is a designated lunch area with tables and seating for all campers.

What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures?

Regular drop-off is at 8:30 AM and pick-up is at 4:30 PM at our main entrance. Early drop-off starts at 7:00 AM and late pick-up extends to 5:59 PM. All campers must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 14 days before your camp week. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward another week. No refunds for no-shows.

What ages are accepted?

Our summer camp is designed for kids ages 7 to 13. Campers are split into two groups: Junior Rangers (ages 7-9) and Action Squad (ages 10-13) to ensure age-appropriate activities and supervision.

Is the camp safe for my child?

Safety is our top priority. All equipment uses foam-tipped projectiles, protective goggles are mandatory, and our staff maintains a 1:8-10 camper ratio. Every staff member is background-checked and trained in first aid. Our facility is fully indoor and climate-controlled.

What does a typical day look like?

Campers rotate through laser tag, Nerf wars, archery tag, gaga ball, LED putt putt, relay races, and arts & crafts throughout the day. Morning sessions focus on high-energy activities, followed by lunch, afternoon adventures, and a cool-down period before pick-up.

Are you a peanut/nut-free facility?

No. We are NOT a peanut or tree nut free facility. However, we provide a separate nut-free table that is cleaned and sanitized daily for campers with nut allergies. Please notify us of all allergies prior to camp.

What is the allergy and medication policy?

Please list all allergies on the registration form before camp begins. If your child requires an EpiPen or other emergency medication, a doctor’s authorization form must be completed and on file. Camp staff may only assist with life-saving medications such as EpiPens. All other medications must be administered by a parent or guardian.

Is early drop-off or late pick-up available?

Yes. Early drop-off is available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, and late pick-up is available from 5:00 PM to 5:59 PM. These options cost $150 per week and must be purchased for the entire week in advance.

Do you offer sibling or multi-week discounts?

Yes! Our system automatically applies a $50 discount for each additional camper you register, even if they are not siblings. We also offer a $50 multi-week discount for each additional week enrolled. For example, two weeks saves $50, three weeks saves $100, and so on.

What is the sick policy?

Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before attending camp. If a camper becomes sick during the day, parents will be contacted for pickup. We cannot provide refunds or make-up days due to illness.

What should my child wear to camp?

Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or tennis shoes). We discourage jeans or stiff clothing. Flip-flops and sandals are not permitted for activities. A light sweatshirt is optional as our facility is air-conditioned.

What are the registration options?

We offer Single Week, Multiple Week, and Full Summer Camp registration options. Multi-week discounts are automatically applied. Full-week registration only — we do not offer half-day or single-day options at this time.

Are electronics allowed at camp?

Electronics and personal toys must be put away during camp hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). Campers in early or late care may bring a book or device for those hours only. We do not have secure storage, so bring electronics at your own risk.

Do you go outside?

99% of our activities are indoors in our air-conditioned and heated gym. On rare occasions with great weather, we may do a short outdoor activity, but camp is primarily an indoor experience.
