REFUNDS/POLICIES/FINE PRINT:

We strive to accommodate changes to your bookings whenever possible. However, here are the details of our policies:


Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • Payment Collection: The full fee is collected upon reserving your time.
  • Refunds:
    • 14 Days’ Notice or More: Refunds to the original payment method are available, minus a 10% processing fee.
    • 7 to 13 Days’ Notice: Store credit will be issued for future use, valid for 6 months.
    • Less Than 7 Days’ Notice: The entire booking fee is forfeited for Friday–Saturday-Sunday bookings. For Monday–Thursday bookings, cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice will also forfeit the booking fee.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling must adhere to the same notice periods as cancellations (minimum of 7 days for Friday–Saturday-Sunday and 3 days for Monday–Thursday).
  • Reschedules made with insufficient notice will be treated as cancellations, as we are unable to rebook your slot at short notice.

Player Adjustments

  • Adding Players: Additional players can be added pending availability by contacting us at 443-214-3545. Payment for added players must be made before your session.
  • Reducing Players: No refunds are given for fewer players than booked unless you give us at least 7 days’ notice. We staff and prepare based on the headcount provided. So if the day of the party or less than 7  days before you will have less players we are not able to refund the difference. We need at least 7 days to decrease staffing schedule. So please respect our staffs’ time by confirming your final headcount at least 7 days prior to your booking.
  • Private Groups: A minimum charge for 12 players always apply. Changes to the number of players must be made at least 7 days before the booking to qualify for a refund of the difference (if applicable).

Important Notes

  • All participants must sign a waiver before play. Please use the widget on our website or follow this link.
  • Friday–Saturday-Sunday bookings are our busiest and most critical periods, and last-minute changes significantly impact our operations. So please abide by our policies to avoid being charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Prices

All prices are subject to change and are not fixed. Pricing advertised on flyers, promotional materials, or our website may vary due to seasonal demand, holidays, participant age, and other factors.


Coupons

Only one promotion or coupon may be applied per booking, and it must be used before the booking is finalized. Once your booking is complete, promo codes and coupons cannot be retroactively applied.
