Meet our Camp Director, Louben, RN, BSN, CPT
My name is Louben Repke, and I am the owner of DodgeArrows Annapolis, a business built around my love for kids, movement, and bringing people together. I am also a proud dad to a young daughter, and being around kids, staying active, and helping inspire the next generation is something I genuinely enjoy, not just something I do for work.
I am originally from Haiti and moved to the United States at the age of 10 without speaking any English. My first two languages were Haitian Kreyol and French. I attended Old Mill Middle North, where I got my first real taste of the American school system, which was definitely an eye opening experience. I later graduated from Broadneck High School in 2008.
My professional path started in a physical therapy clinic at Cypress Creek Physical Therapy as a tech. That experience led me into personal training, where I discovered my passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence. In 2014, I opened Repke Fitness in Millersville, Maryland, a private training studio focused on working with individuals managing injuries and medical conditions.
As Repke Fitness grew, so did my drive to keep learning. I earned my nursing degree from Anne Arundel Community College and later completed my bachelor’s degree in nursing. I have worked in several clinical settings and currently work PRN at BWMC’s surgery center.
DodgeArrows Annapolis became the perfect blend of everything I care about. Staying active, working with kids, encouraging teamwork and confidence, and creating a safe space where youth can have fun, move their bodies, and feel inspired. It represents my entrepreneurial spirit, my commitment to community, and my belief that play, movement, and positive role models can make a lasting impact.

General Info and FAQ:

What do we do?
We offer a wide variety of games and activities each day including DodgeArrows, Nerf games, laser tag, Gaga Ball, dodgeball, tagging games, and more. We do not focus on skill specific training. Our priority is fun, participation, and keeping kids moving in a positive, pressure free environment.
This is a very active indoor camp and campers should expect to be engaged throughout the day. We build in regular water breaks and dedicated snack and lunch breaks so kids can rest, recharge, and jump back in safely.
Our daily activities are not locked into a strict schedule, but the day always follows a consistent flow. The best way to think about it is elementary school gym class turned into a full day of high energy, structured fun indoors.
